As you make your way through these rooms, you will see a lot of spikes. Carry on past this into a series of rooms that will give the screen a red tint. Once you have it, head to the room with where the left wall is covered in a steel grate. Your goal is to grab another battery pack in the side room, so make sure you do so before carrying on. Sneak killing all of these enemies can be tough, so if things get hairy, try to lure them past bombs so you can blow them up. There are also bombs and tripwires here, so make sure to be very aware of your surroundings. Once you have it, enter the single door, but beware, on the other side are waiting enemies. This is timed, so do it fast, or get crushed! Shoot the statue, then quickly crawl in for the Key. On the left is a statue beneath some spikes. You will eventually come to a room with a double door you can't open yet. Now go down the ladder and start walking through the bloody water. There are some items here, and a Map Fragment. Follow the path and enter the room on the left. Once they are dealt with you can walk to the end and plug the battery pack in, opening the large double doors in the main, circular chamber. This next area is linear, just like the last one, and just like the last one, this is full of enemies. With the pack in hand, go back to the main circular chamber, but make sure to keep your head down so you don't get it chopped off! Head to the next single door, which should have enemies come out of it. Your goal is at the end, as you want to pick up a battery pack off the desk. Follow the linear path and you will climb up a ladder, but the second floor is just as hostile as the last. Keep an eye out though, as there will be several enemies in this area as well. Your goal is to head into the single door. Sneak around and try to get stealth kills when you can. Past them is a room filled with traps and enemies, so keep an eye on where you walk. Grab it and carry on towards the open double doors. There will be a short hall on the left with some Green Gel. There is also a Key behind the boxes.Īfter grabbing it, head left out of the room. On the left is a small room with some boxes and Green Gel in it. There is a trap wire in front of you here, so watch out for it.
Go left out of the room you were in and down the ladder. Do whatever else you need to here, then leave through a mirror. Inside the hospital is a Newspaper that you can pick up.
